Our OEM-length and long-travel tie rods come standard with an industry-leading 28mm ball joint—the largest in its class. The oversized ball provides superior strength and increased resistance to wear, making it the toughest option for serious off-road abuse.

Our one-piece rod design delivers maximum strength, while the unique “Fuse” middle section is engineered to bend instead of snap during extreme impacts—meaning you can still drive back to camp instead of being stranded on the trail.

If you bend your SDI Tie Rod, replacement rods are just $40 each, keeping your repairs simple and cost-effective.

Our Tie Rods are race proven, utilzing the stock vehicle geometry and lengths with increased rod dimensions and materials for increased strength. Machined in the USA from 6061, they also have heat treaded chromoly steel and PTFE lined rods ends for the ultimate in durability as well as an automotive style inner tie rod.
