Refund Policy
- Items may be returned if unused within 30 days of shipping, with a 15% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days from original shipping date.
- All parts must be returned in the original package, in original conditions. Parts cannot be damaged or previously installed.
- Refunds will be given on parts only. Shipping/freight, or any other charges is non refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on returned parts. We are not responsible for products being returned to us that maybe damaged in return shipping.
- Returned parts require Suspension Direct Inc's approval and an RMA number prior to shipping to Suspension Direct Inc.
- Special Order parts are non-returnable.
- If you are returning your product for a refund please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser and the original payment method.
